Two persons apprehended with drugs in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A Special Operations Group (SOG) of Guwahati police yesterday arrested two persons with drugs in their possession.

They were allegedly selling drugs in the market. They have been identified as Gobinda Singh (19) who hails from New Guwahati, and Kaim Ansari (23) from Ananda Nagar, Noonmati. According to police sources, 22.47 gram drugs, a scooty, Rs 5000 and two mobiles were seized during the search.
