Two youths held for bashing up truck driver in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Two youths have been arrested by the Jalukbari police for allegedly demanding money and bashing up a truck driver. The two are identified as Riki Mallik and Amit Sinha.

According to sources, the truck driver registered a case (697/23) at Pandu in the Maligaon area on Sunday, alleging that he was bashed up by two youths. The two youths were arrested in Pandu, produced in court, and sent to judicial custody.
