University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM) observes International Yoga Day

GUWAHATI: The Department of Physiotherapy and NSS Cell of the University of Science and Technology Meghalaya observed the International Yoga Day on June 21. an online yoga demonstration programme on the theme 'Be with Yoga, Be at Home' was held to observe the day.

Live Yoga demonstration for 45 minutes was carried out by Dr Golak Ranjan Upadhyaya, Yoga expert-cum-Naturopathy and Senior Acupuncturist from Aarogyadham Naturopathy & Panchkarma Hospital.
