Vigilance Awareness Week Concludes at Airports Authority of India (AAI)

GUWAHATI: The Vigilance Awareness Week 2019 at the Airports Authority of India (AAI) Regional Headquarter, Northeast Region, Guwahati concluded with a workshop and the prize distribution ceremony to the winners of the different competitions organized during the entire week.

The workshop was inaugurated by Deepak Kr Kedia, IGP (L & O), Assam Police and Sanjeev Jindal, Regional Executive Director, NER, AAI,Guwahati at Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Conference Hall, RHQ, NER where the Participants included Jr. Executives to GMs from all Departments of AAI Regional Headquarter, North East Region.

On the workshop day, Extempore Speech competition at NEMCARE Group of Institution, Mirza, Kamrup, Assam was also organized by the Vigilance Department AAI NER. The topic for Extempore Speech competition was ‘Integrity A way of Life’.

A Drawing Competition on ‘Prevention of Corruption’ was organized for the students of Garal M.K.M.E. School, Kamrup, Assam with the help of the School Authorities. Vigilance Awareness camp was organised for the Students and the Teachers of the School. Prize distribution ceremony for the winners was also done which included students, participants and children from the adjacent areas, who took part in various activities during the VAW 2019, stated a press release.
