We will receive massive mandate, says Ram Madhav

GUWAHATI: BJP's (Bharatiya Janata Party) national general secretary Ram Madhav on Thursday said that the people of Assam will give Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal and his team a massive mandate in the next Assembly polls.

Attending a programme organized by State BJP to celebrate the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi here on Thursday, Madhav said, "Like people gave a massive mandate much more than 2014 and brought back Modi to power in 2019 Lok Sabha polls, in Assam also people will give massive mandate and ensure Sonowal and his team returning back to power."He asserted that there is no allegation of corruption against the BJP-led government in the Centre in the last six years. In Assam in last five years CM Sonowal and his team has worked with dedication and given good governance, he added.
