Workshop on "Creative Writing and Innovation" held in D.K. College, Mirza

MIRZA: The Centre for Media Studies and the English Department of D.K. College, Mirza, in collaboration with the IQAC of the College, organized a workshop on "Creative Writing and Innovation" on Saturday. While Dr. Nabajyoti Das, the Principal of the College, inaugurated the workshop, assistant professor & HoD in Mass Communication Dr. Sailen Das delivered the welcome address.

A noted creative writer and translator Bibekananda Choudhury conducted the workshop as the resource person which was attended by more than seventy participants from D.K. College, DIET Kamrup, Mirza, Chhaygaon College, Gauhati University and Assam University. The Principal said that in this age of competition and globalization, it is mandatory to enhance one's skill, and such workshops will go a long way in helping students.
