Assam's present education scenario

The column written by DN Bezboruah in the context of present situation on education in Assam is worth reading (The Sentinel, July 16, 2017). Every sincere and duty conscious employee of any organization has immense support on the various points raised by him. Unfortutely, this situation was the results of indifferent attitude of previous government in this sector and lack of responsibility of appointed teachers. Whatever may be the constraints faced by the teachers and students, a small good collective effort by teachers can make a student get passed in the examition. I think those who have written merit and demerit of the episode on teacher and education minister should read this column.
