China is trying to woo Bangladesh after Nepal. China is trying to embrace Bangladesh in trade. China has announced tariff exemption for 97 per cent of exports from Bangladesh. Items covering fisheries and leather products would be exempted of Chinese tariffs. This step is being taken by China amid the tension with India. Is it China's plan to make India lonely with its neighbours, but China must understand that India is not what it was in 1962. The panchsheel agreement of 1954 was the reason of India taking China to be a friendly country and not concentrating on border with China. However, today India is much stronger in defence. Our all the three wings the army, navy and the air force are capable to protect the motherland. The lesson we learnt from the Chinese war of 1962 that they cannot be taken as a friend.
