Jihadi Threat

Jihadi Threat

The recent arrest of 6 jihadi terrorists belonging to a particular community in the BTAD region has raised the eyebrows of the indigenous populace. It also meant that all is not well with the self proclaimed descendent of the Great Lachit Borphukan's (read Tarun Gogoi) administration in the state. It is an open secret that the ruling party has a soft corner for the minority community and people have no grudges against the softness towards that community as they are loyal voters of the party. What the general people feel is that the ruling party i.e. the Congress should not show the same softness for the illegal migrants due to their vote bank policy. In fact these illegal migrants should be dealt with an iron fist. But for the last 15 years or so, Congress never tried to push back those illegal migrants from the state and today these people have started to show their true colour by indulging in all sorts of anti-social and anti-tiol activities which are huge threats to the very existence of the sons/daughters of the soil. The arrest of six jihadis is just the tip of the iceberg. If proper grilling is carried out, then one might find that there is some nexus between those arrested jihadis and some leaders of political parties.

We strongly oppose pseudo-secular attitude of the Congress and the AIUDF which is behind this threat. The very word 'secular' has of late placed the Hindus at the receiving end. We shall be grateful if we are proved wrong with historical facts and figures and not with rhetoric often uttered by the ruling Congress and its 'prince' Rahul Gandhi.
