Low in IQ

There is an old proverb and it goes like 'A man is wise until he speaks'. This very proverb is applicable to AICC vice president Rahul Gandhi. The person concerned who is born with a golden spoon in the mouth often reflects his low Intelligent Coefficient (IQ) level when he speaks giving ample of opportunities to his fans and baiters to laugh and troll. Many a time it is observed that Rahul Gandhi chokes while speaking/delivering lecture on trivial matters giving us an impression that he is uttering a script that is fed to him. Alas! A century old grand political party is yet to find a person fit to replace him and lead the party. Then again we know the compulsions and hidden stories of the top leaders of the party who are scared and reluctant to speak out against the 'pseudo' Gandhis. The present woes of the party can be directly attributed to a weak and incompetent leadership at the helm.
