Mandir in Abu Dhabi/UAE

While addressing the mammoth gathering of Indian diaspora in Abu Dhabi, on August 18, 2015, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi informed the people in Abu Dhabi and around the world as well that the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al hyan would offer land to construct Mandir in UAE. Indeed, the offer is a good gesture! Request definitely might have gone from Indian side.

Now, point is why Indians need Mandir there? Our good relations are thriving without having any Mandir. Had the Mandirs, Majids and Churches are the symbols of unity among different faiths around the world then things would have been different. Now we have been to believe that people are getting vertically divided in the me of religion and faith. And in this juncture there is no point in building a Mandir in Abu Dhabi. Now the Hindus and the Muslims are working together peacefully and flourishing. Middle East and UAE countries never give any foreigners to remain/settle there permanently whether one is Muslim or a Hindu, unlike us. We never know that one day this Mandir may stand as a cause for tension among various groups living there. Therefore people should learn to practice religion and faith within his realm. This is the theme of the 21st century. Indians both Hindus and Muslims etc have gone to Middle East countries in search of greener pasture. As such their focused mind should not be distracted by infusing something unwanted! People should learn to live happily without preaching and practicing religion outside the four walls. Then only the world will be a happier place to live in!

A memorable speech

It was a privilege to see and hear(courtesy our electronic media) our Prime Minister delivering a memorable speech in Dubai in front of around 50 thousand Indian immigrants cutting across all religious and political barriers. It was great to see people listening in rapt attention to the Prime Minister and cheering with him whenever the need arises. I hope Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have not missed the event on the pretext of some lame excuses. Enough damages have been done to our country in the last 60 years by the pseudo Gandhi clan (not the true descendants of Gandhiji). Already the Congress has been given enough hints of their downfall in the last parliamentary polls and in coming days more downfalls are in store for them. Today, people want development, security and prosperity. Masses are refusing to get fooled by sick dystic politics of Congress.
