Matter of concern

Some time ago, the BJP MLA from Hojai stated that people from particular linguistic minority community of doubtful tiolity are involved in most of the crimil activities that occurs across the State.

As expected, the so-called secular brigade went on a rampage branding the MLA as commul. Effigies of the MLA along with the Prime Minister were burnt in many places. Candidly admitting the MLA's observation holds true to a certain point, as in most of the crimil activities involvement of these people is found.

Be it poaching, smuggling, illegal cattle trade, encroachment of government land, burglary, etc. involvement of people of suspected tiolity is reported in maximum cases. The handiwork of linguistic minority community in most of the illegal activities in the State is definitely a matter of concern.

For the welfare of the State and its people, one should keep aside the political compulsion and accept this harsh fact.
