Monitor NGOs work

Nineteen specially-abled senior citizens found kept in an unsanitary and pitiful condition in an NGO running old age home in New Delhi is a matter of grave concern. This incident seems to be mass negligence of the AAP Government. The government provides financial assistance to NGOs for their noble cause, but some NGOs have not worked as per guidelines and are even violating the laws. Hope Delhi government takes immediate action in this matter and all State governments should develop a strong mechanism to monitor the NGOs' work.
