No Pollution Test Needed but a Snap Will Do

The smoke that emits from vehicles may pollute the air. The PUC takes the Pollution Under Control test. There are standard rules of indicators set by the government to control pollution. It’s mandatory for all vehicles to carry a legitimate PUC certificate. But we see a different story nowadays. No pollution test needed but a snap will do. If vehicles are found to release higher levels of emission (carbon and hydrocarbons) than the permitted limits, the testing centre must report it to the RTO. Despite all there are long queues. Those few pollution testing centres failed to suffice the demand now. Oil depots could be utilized for pollution test. Why don’t the transport department provide online networking facilities like Karnataka to minimise rush hour?
