Plea to Nizamuddin Tablighi members

About 9,000 Tablighi Jamaat members and their primary contacts have been quarantined till now in the country after the government undertook vigorous efforts to check the spread of novel coronavirus. As per Assam government report 488 people returned from Delhi’s Nizamuddin area last month and almost all of them have been put under quarantine. It is laudable that the Health Minister said that the State was not yet out of danger and preparedness would have to be there till October-November. I would like to request the Tablighi Jamaat members not to hide anything to the doctors. This step will save lives of many people. At the same time the government should take appropriate steps to trace the people who suffer from coronavirus.
