Power disruption

I live in South Salmara Mankachar district. We have no electricity for five days. I understand the situation is very tight due to floods but it is the right time to focus on the negligence by the departments concerned. Due to heavy rains and floods lots of structures have been damaged but we can see clearly why the damage happens every year. This is a flood-prone area so everything has to developed accordingly. The supply line that reaches my town comes from Goalpara and Bongaigaon districts. All the towers have been erected in the middle of the Bhramhaputra which over flows almost every year. Still they just repair them and leave as they are. Can the authorities deny the I live in South Salmara Mankachar district. We have no electricity for five days. I understand the situation is very tight due to floods but it is the right time to focus on the negligence by the departmact that there is a better solution to it? We have ample of land to develop the project. But somehow nothing works. Sometimes the land's price is high. Sometimes infrastructure is weak. We people have been trying to protest but the local DC always gives us false hopes and the people are fooled. We can see clearly if they fix the problem properly, a source of income will be stopped.
