Series against South Africa

India will play a series against Sri Lanka at home turf before touching South Africa at the end of the year.

The selectors must use it as an opportunity to select younger players knocking on the doors of the tiol team, while sending some of the senior players to South Africa well in advance so that they can adapt to the very different conditions of the country.

This would help the team in the far more challenging series against South Africa, while also allowing younger players to get some exposure to intertiol cricket against Lanka, which would not only be good for them and the future of Indian cricket, but also hopefully inject some much needed competitiveness into the series.
