Using currency as tissue paper

I would like to draw attention of the authority concerned towards currency notes as they are used as tissue paper by some people. This is dangerous. I think digital way of money transferring is safer. There are many people who use hand to hand currency notes transferring which is not safe as we cannot sanitize notes. As we all know a video getting viral where we can see a man using the currency notes as tissue paper. And also ask people to use digital money transactions.

So through this column of your daily I would like to request the government to take some really strict actions against them.
