Following the ban of 118 mobile games by the central government, including the hugely popular PUBG, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar on Friday announced multiplayer game FAU-G in support of PM Narendra Modi's Atmanirbhar Bharat campaign.

Taking to twitter, the Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar stated that he will present the multiplayer action game, Fearless And United – Guards FAU-G supporting PM Modi's Atmanirbhar Bharat campaign.

Notably, the game is based on real scenarios encountered by the Indian Security Forces to deal with both domestic and foreign threats.

The game is all set to launch by the end of October with its first-level set in the Galwan Valley backdrop followed by third-person shooting gameplay in the subsequent releases.

As per reports, the game will be available on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

Founder and Chairman of the gaming publisher, FAU-G Vishal Gondal, stated, "It is a matter of great pride to respond to PM Modi's call and present the world a world-class game, which will not only help gamers in a virtual setting fight the forces of evil; but also positively contribute to nation-building by supporting our martyrs."

It is to be mentioned that the 118 apps that were banned on Wednesday by the Centre include Baidu, Baidu Express Edition, Alipay, Tencent Watchlist, FaceU, WeChat reading, Government WeChat, Tencent Weiyun, APUS Launcher Pro, APUS Security, Cut Cut, ShareSave by Xiaomi, and CamCard, besides PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite.
