Know Which Assamese Movies Are Available on Voot

Guwahati: Voot has introduced Assamese movies on its platform for the first time. Also, Assamese movies are now LIVE on MXPlayer OTT Platform.

Voot is an Indian subscription video on demand (SVOD) service, which launched in March 2016. It forms the online arm of Viacom18. It is Viacom 18's advertising-led video-on-demand platform that is available as an app for iOS, KaiOS (JioPhone), and Android users, and a website for desktop consumption.

Headquartered in Mumbai, Voot is available only in India, and hosts over 40,000 hours of video content that includes shows from channels like MTV, Colors, as well as movies and web series.

Other languages that are available on Voot are - Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Telugu, and Tamil.

In February 2020, Voot introduced paid subscription service called Voot Select. Voot Original series are made available only to paid subscribers. Some TV shows are being streamed a day before they are telecast on TV for their paid subscribers.
