Further, the movie will be released in five languages.
Meanwhile, the firebrand actor also unveiled a teaser poster of the upcoming period film. The actress wrote in the caption, "Glad to be on board for the title role with this immensely talented team of artists. With the blessings of Sita Ram. Jai SiyaRam (sic)."
Confirming the same, producer Saloni Sharma said in a statement, "As a woman, I couldn't be happier in welcoming Ms Kangana Ranaut onboard our VFX magnum opus, 'The Incarnation Sita'. Kangana symbolizes the spirit and essence of the Indian woman - fearless, daunting and daring. It's time we stepped in to celebrate equality in every respect."
The actor who also portrayed the role of AIADMK leader and former minister D. Jayakumar in "Thalaivii" is reported to have some "factual errors", AIADMK leader and former minister D. Jayakumar said on Friday.
Talking to media persons after watching the movie, directed by A. L. Vijay and having Arvind Swami and Nasser in prominent roles, at a Chennai theatre, Jayakumar said that the movie is a well crafted one, except for a few scenes on former Chief Minister and AIADMK founder-leader, late M.G. Ramachandran, fondly known as MGR, as also on Jayalalithaa.
Citing a scene wherein MGR wanted to become a minister in the first DMK government led by C.N. Annadurai and that it was later Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi who blocked him, Jayakumar said that MGR had never sought positions.
