Earlier this month, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Amrita Arora, both actresses, tested positive for Covid 19. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, Mumbai's local administration, has requested RT-PCR testing for anyone who has come into touch with the patients. The duo, who are close friends, have been seen together multiple times lately. They were last seen in Mumbai at Anil Kapoor's daughter Rhea Kapoor's wedding reception. Punjabi artist AP Dhillon, one of the event's organisers, has been criminally charged. Thousands of individuals were observed partying without masks or social distance during the Canadian singer's live act, according to the report.

Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and her brother Ibrahim Ali Khan were among the guests at the event. Kareena went to Karan Johar's house for a reunion party lately. Guests included Malaika Arora, Alia Bhatt, Karisma, Amrita Singh, and Arjun Kapoor. Everyone was present to celebrate the 20th anniversary of 'Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham.' Kareena is presently under home quarantine, as per Vinayak Vispute, assistant commissioner of the H/West (Bandra West) ward. It's unclear whether Amrita is also quarantined at home. Kareena will next be seen in the Aamir Khan-starrer 'Laal Singh Chaddha.' The film is a remake of "The Forrest Gump," a Tom Hanks-led Hollywood picture. Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, and Anil Kapoor star in the film 'Takht.'
