GUWAHATI: Shakti Kapoor, the well-known actor who appeared in countless Bollywood movies, landed in Guwahati late Wednesday night.

According to sources, the actor would attend the celebration of Karbi Anglong Day.

The seasoned actor arrived in Guwahati and proceeded to Hotel Vivanta, according to sources.

He stands out since he was the most recent Bollywood celebrity to travel to the Northeastern state.

For the "Fighter" filming in Tezpur, superstar Hrithik Roshan had already arrived.

Recently, Bollywood celebs have begun to favor Assam as a travel destination.

Several B-town celebrities, including "DreamGirl" Hema Malini, Hrithik Roshan, and Kangana Ranaut, have attended various occasions and locations throughout the state during the past few days.

According to sources, Hema Malini, Hrithik Roshan, and Kangana Ranaut visited the state and graced a number of events and locations.

In order to participate in the Raas celebrations in the Assamese Nalbari area, Hema Malini and Asrani had arrived.

Additionally, Kangana Ranaut has already visited the state, purportedly to scout out locales for the filming of her upcoming movie "Emergency."

One of Bollywood's most well-known and dedicated actors, Shakti Kapoor is frequently referred to as Crime Master Gogo or Balma, yet the real Shakti Kapoor is very different from the loud, evil roles he has played for the past forty years.

The tide is turning in his favor, though, as he is increasingly being given character-driven and constructive roles.

The actor attributes the OTT growth to this new lease on life. Actor who last appeared in Parchhayee: Ghost Stories by Ruskin Bond, Bravehearts - The Untold Stories of Heroes, and Netflix's Guilty Minds says, "Directors are offering me very different characters today."

It was challenging to alter the audience's perception of Kapoor, who they had come to associate with the roles he played in movies.

In an earlier interview, the actor stated, "I used to have the controversial image attached to me. I wasn't happy with it, but kept quiet and let my work do the talking.

I was previously associated with the controversial image. I didn't like it, but I didn't say anything, letting my work speak for itself.

Siddhant and Shraddha, both of my children, once advised me to stop making bad movies solely for the money.

They thought it was best for me to stay at home and watch movies, In an earlier interview, the actor said.
