The Kashmir Flies Box Office: Vivek Agnihotri's Film Enters Rs 200 Crore Club On Wednesday

The previous week’s collection of Rs 167.45 crore was added with Rupees 12.40 crore on Monday, Rupees 10.25 crore on Tuesday and Rs 10.03 on Wednesday making a total of Rs 200 crore.

Mumbai: The Kashmir Flies helmed by Vivek Agnihotri has earned great success in the box office since its release on 11 March by becoming the highest-grossing Hindi film in the covid era.

In the film's recent achievement, The Kashmir Flies has now entered the Rupees 200 crore club after the film rose into fame for depicting the plight of Kashmiri Pandits during the 1990 insurgency in Kashmir.

The film produced by Zee Studios in collaboration with Abhishek Agarwal Arts has reached the box office collection of Rupees 200.13 crore. It has become the highest-grossing Hindi movie in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The latest box office collection has been shared by the trade analyst and Indian film critic Taran Adrash by posting the update on his Instagram profile.

On its opening day, the film started with Rupees 3.55 crore and from then onwards the figure continues to increase by the end of every week.

It has earned Rupees 8.50 crore on the first Saturday and registered a huge collection at BO on Sunday and Monday adding the sum to Rupees 15.10 crore and 15.05 crore respectively.

Most notably it has broken all the records at the box office made by previous movies like Dangal and Bahubali: The Conclusion.

Taking the figure to Rupees 60.20 by adding Rs 18 crore on its first Tuesday the film has seen remarkable earning on the weekend post-pandemic.

The film starring veteran actor Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty and others continued to be the first choice in cinema halls and on Wednesday reached the collection of Rupees 19.05 crore.

On the second Saturday at the BO collection, the figure reached Rupees 24.80 and the total ended with Rs 167.45 crore on the last day of the previous week.

The Kashmir flies have been unstoppable in the box office as on the first day of this week on Monday the film earns Rupees 12.40 crore, on Tuesday Rupees 10.25 crore and an amount of Rs 10.03 was added on Wednesday 23 March reaching the entire total as Rupees 200 crore.

The performances by the cast members and the concept of the film have led it to achieve such a noteworthy profit in the box office along with the popularity among the masses.
