This Is How Shruti Haasan Met Her Boyfriend Santanu Hazarika

Kamal Haasan's daughter actress Shruti Haasan and her artist boyfriend Santanu Hazarika have been making headlines in recent days for their relationship.

Shruti Hasan accompanied by her boyfriend Santanu Hazarika has recently visited Assam's Guwahati city to celebrate the Rongali Bihu by attending a Bihu event.

The actress has a huge fan base who never wants to miss any update about their favourite star whether it is personal or professional. Currently, eyes are hooked on the couple and their relationship as they are often spotted together on various occasions.

In her Instagram profile, Shruti often keeps posting pictures with Hazarika who is a well-known Mumbai-based illustrator and doodle artist originally from Assam.

The photos of the couple on social media platform leaves the fans to wonder how the couple met and fell in love before sharing a romantic relationship.

In a recent interview during the couple's visit to Assam the Tamil and Hindi actress opened up about how she met Santanu and got to know about their common interest.

Shruti said that she met Santanu through his art which put an imprint on her mind long before she met him personally. She added 'I met his art first before meeting him.'

The actress said earlier she had no idea about who Santanu is and what he does but his art impressed her and they started communicating through social media.

She added that they had a common friend who on his art platform page had uploaded an artwork by Santanu in 2017 which impressed her.

She further said that she met the visual artist Santanu as an artist first to see his inspiration and stories from Assam, his grandmother's stories.

Earlier Santanu shared about his common interest with Shruti and how they met during one of his interviews in January this year.

He said that both of them loved metal music and they are also big fans of Gothic culture. The artist added that Shruti and he are a kind of a muse to each other as their inspiration is drawn from a similar mind.

Santanu shared that art is the only reason that they met because Shruti was first introduced to his artwork that connects them.

It may be mentioned that Santanu Hazarika was a Redbull World Doodle Art Champion in 2014 and he had recently launched 'BLCK' his solo exhibition which brought him into the limelight.
