"Yeh Tha Hamara Sabse Bada Surprise," Comedian Bharti Singh Announces Her Pregnancy

MUMBAI: Stand-up comedian Bharti Singh, who married Haarsh Limbachiyaa in December 2017, posted a video titled "Hum Maa Banne Wale Hai" on her Instagram profile as well as her and Haarsh's new YouTube channel, with the caption: "Yeh tha hamara sabse bada surprise." The couple revealed their pregnancy on Instagram.

Bharti started the video in the bathroom, telling followers that she has been taking pregnancy tests on camera for the last six months because she doesn't want to miss capturing the moment she finds out she is pregnant. She exclaimed with delight when she realised the test had come back positive.

Bharti then informed  Haarsh of the good news. "How can I tell him it's not his baby?" she thought humorously, before adding, "Hum dono ka bachcha hai yeh (It's our baby)."Bharti informed Haarsh about her pregnancy, and Haarsh hugged her. "Achcha hua Bharti record kar rahi hai," he continued, holding the camera. Hum maa banne wale hai.

"Sorry, yeh maa banne wali hai, main baap banne wala hoon, aap sabhi pareshaan hone wale hai aur hum bhi pareshaan hone wale hai, kyunki bachcha aane wala hai," he corrected himself. Seriously, hum bohot khush hai (she will become a mother, and I will become a father). You will be troubled, as will we, because we are expecting a child. Seriously, we're overjoyed)."

Later, the couple partied with their professional pals to commemorate the occasion. Aly Goni, Jasmin Bhasin, Punit Pathak, Nidhi Moony Singh Pathak, and others are among the cast members. On social media, a photo of the foursome has gone viral, with everyone pointing out Bharti Singh's baby bump.

'Khatra Khatra Khatra,' 'Hum Tum Aur Quarantine,' and 'India's Best Dancer,' among others, has been hosted by Haarsh and Bharti. They've also appeared on series like 'Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5,' 'Nach Baliye 8,' and 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 9.'

Bharti Singh appears in The Kapil Sharma Show as one of the cast members, with Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Sumona Chakravarti, among others.
