Bombay High Court Nullifies Preity Zinta’s Molestation Allegation against Ness Wadia

The Ness Wadia-Preity Zinta molestation case receives a verdict today as the Bombay High Court nullifies the molestation charges made by the beautiful Bollywood actress against her ex-boyfriend. The molestation case was filed by Preity in 2014.

It was on May 30, 2014, during Kings XI Punjab vs Chennai Super Kings match at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai when Preity Zinta says that she had to face verbal and physical abuse from Ness Wadia who was her co-business partner as well.

As stated by Preity Zinta, when she asked Ness to calm down on finding him getting angry on the ticket distribution case, he abused and manhandled her by grabbing her arm. She even produced four photographs as well to the police in order to prove her words. She also showed 'bruise-like' marks on her right arm.

The complaint filed by Preity comprises her statement like this, "during that time he tried to abuse me and used extremely derogatory language and tried to behave in a manner where I was put to shame in front of my colleagues, friends and family." Offended at his behaviour, Preity said that she verbally warned him, but he refused to mend his ways.

Again on the evening of the very same day, Preity alleged that "Mr Ness Wadia had intimidated me by saying that he could make me disappear as I was a nobody and only an actress and he's a powerful person... I have tried to be very normal and nice to him as I wanted peace in my life, but the recent afore-stated incident in Mumbai at the Wankhede stadium has left me shattered and fear for my life."

Later, this statement and the complaint filed by Preity had left Ness Wadia shocked who had immediately denied the allegations calling them "totally false and baseless."

Now that the Bombay High Court has made its verdict in favour of Ness Wadia, it would now have to be seen as to how do Preity reacts to it.
