Happy Birthday Naga Chaitanya: Know About the Telugu Actor and His Movies

The leading actor of the Tollywood film industry Naga Chaitanya celebrates his 35th birthday on 23 November 2021. Chaitanya has gained fame from Telugu films through his performance in versatile characters loved by the audience.

The Nandi Award Winning actor first debuted in the year 2009 and since then he has been serving the Telugu film and its audience with utmost dedication. Throughout his career in acting, Naga Chaitanya has worked in more than 20 films.

Naga Chaitanya is the son of a famous actor in the Telugu film industry Akkineni Nagarjuna and mother Lakshmi Daggubati, an interior designer. Chaitanya has won numerous awards for his performance in acting including the SIIMA award for Best Actor Critics, Nandi Award for Best Supporting Actor and Filmfare Award South for Best Debut.

Naga Chaitanya is known with full name as Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and is popularly called Akki. Chaitanya will be seen in the upcoming Hindi comedy-drama film Laal Singh Chaddh directed by Advait Chandan which is his first Hindi film debut. The film is scheduled to release during Baisakhi next year on 14 April.

His upcoming Telugu film is Bangarrajju directed by Kalyan Krishna Kurasala and the character look of Chaitanya in the film has been shared by Nagarjuna on Monday 22 Nov. 21.

• JOSH: Josh is a 2019 debut film of Naga Chaitanya directed by Vasu Verma showing the story as conflict taking place by student politics and Mafia leaders

• YE MAAYE CHESAVE: The 2010 Telugu film directed by Gautam Menon shows the on-screen chemistry between Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu for the first time.

• MANAM: A film in 2014 directed by Vikram Kumar is an award-winning fantasy drama starring the three generations of Akkinenis.

• MAJILI: Majili is a 2019 film directed by Shiva Nirvana stars Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu for the fourth time.
