Harry Potter Cast Reunion in 'Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts'

On the 20th anniversary of the Harry Potter fantasy film series the legendary cast returns with its reunion as Return to Hogwarts that will be aired on HBO Max on New Year day i.e. 1st January 2022. 'Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts' is produced by Warner Bros Unscripted Television in association with Warner Horizon and executive produced by Casey Patterson Entertainment.

The makers of the film and the main trio Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint along with other cast members will come together to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first film of the Harry Potter 8 fantasy film series. The first film was titled 'Harry Potter and Sorcerer's stone which was premiered 20 years ago in 2001 directed by Chris Columbus.

J.K Rowling who is the author of Harry Potter is not expected to be seen at the reunion. Other alumni members of the film franchise that will join the 20th anniversary are Robbie Coltrane, Mark Williams, Tom Felton, Helena Bonham Carter, Ralph Fiennes, Alfred Enoch, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Gary Oldman, Matthew Lewis, Ian Hart, Bonnie Wright, Jason Isaacs and Evanna Lynch.

HBO Max shared a post on Instagram informing that for the first time ever, the legendary cast returns to where the magic had begun. Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: #ReturnToHogwarts, streaming New Year's Day, only on HBO Max. The caption also reads 'International release coming soon.'

The first look of the special reunion will debut at the time of the premiere of 'Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses' on 28 November on Cartoon Network and TBS. 'Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses' will also start its streaming from New Year on HBO Max.

According to HBO Max, the new special reunion will feature by telling the enchanting and delightful journey in making the story through the all-new, cast conversations and in-depth interviews.
