Daddy Yankee Announces Retirement From Music With Legendaddy Album And Farewell World Tour

The King of Reggaetón Daddy Yankee made the major announcement of his retirement from music with a farewell world tour after making huge contributions to the world of music.

The famous rapper has taken the major decision about his retirement from music after 32 years following his last studio album Legendaddy along with a world tour.

Yankee has recently shared the update by posting an update on his website and earlier told his fans that he is about to show his best production and best concert ever before bidding adieu to music.

Puerto Rican rapper Ramón Luis Ayala Rodríguez known professionally as Daddy Yankee is recognized as the one singer who changed the face of Latin music.

The last record of Yankee was 'Prestige' recorded in the year 2012 and 'Legendaddy' will be his first album in the past 10 years.

In his music career of more than two decades, the singer-rapper with his works has topped the Latin Albums chart over the course of time.

In a press release, the 45 years old stated that he is announcing his retirement from the world of music by providing the audience with his best concert and production.

In the statement, the rapper further added he will say goodbye celebrating the 32 years of music experience with the new collector's item Legendaddy album. He says that he is going to give fans all the styles in one single album that has defined him.

The upcoming world tour of Daddy Yankee, La Ultima Vuelta will start on 10 August 2022 from Portland and Oregon. The tour is likely to continue till the end of the year.

It is informed that the tickets for Yankee's tour will be available for pre-sale from 25th March along with the general public sale that would be available by the end of this month.

Yankee is honoured with numerous reputed awards for his contribution to music and those include Latin American Music Awards, Billboards Awards, Latin Grammys, MTV Video Music Awards and others.

In 1995, Yankee got married with Mireddys González and had three children namely Jeremy Ayala González, Jesaeelys Ayala González and Yamilet Ayala González. Being the most successful and most famous the Latin hip hop artist has a net worth of 40 million dollars.
