New Delhi: The most premier superhero of Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' directed by Sam Raimi is scheduled to release on 6 May 2022 in the United States of America (USA). Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is produced by Kevin Fedge under Marvel Studious production.

The Adventure fantasy 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' this time will bring back the sorcerer supreme for a much-awaited sequel as it will show Doctor Strange coming face-to-face with unpredictability and full power of the multiverse. Doctor Strange will discover himself fighting with all forms of multiversal menaces.

After 6 years of making his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in 2016 in' Doctor Strange', the film franchise this time will follow the exciting adventure of Dr. Stephen Strange and his research on the Time Stone. And the journey will be joined by Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch. It seems like the villain of 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' has been revealed as comic book villain Mordo.

CAST:

Benedict Cumberbatch after his role in 'Spider-Man No Way Home' this time in 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' will be seen in the titular role appearing as Dr. Stephen Strange.

Other cast members that will return from the 'Strange franchise are Rachel Mc Adams appearing as Christine Palmer, Chiwetel Ejiofor playing the character of Karl Mardo and Benedict Wong playing Wong.

Some of the new faces that will be seen as cast in the 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' include Xochitl Gomez playing the role of America Chavez and Elizabeth Olsen playing the role of Scarlet Witch/Wanda Maximoff.

The first teaser video for 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' was revealed in theatres as the second post-credits scene from Marvel's superhero action-adventure 'Spider-Man No way Home' which is not yet released online. The official trailer of the film is expected to be out in the middle of January in the upcoming year.
