Kim Kardashian Declared Single By Los Angeles Judge In Kanye West Divorce Case

American socialite and businesswoman Kim Kardashian is finally declared officially single by the Los Angeles Judge who granted her petition of divorce with rapper and designer Kanye West.

After several months of stalling, the court has announced its decision on the complicated divorce case and the issues regarding property and child custody are solved.

Television star Kim Kardashian filed for a divorce with Kanye West stating about incompatibility between the husband and wife. She filed the divorced about a year ago by stating the clear reason for separating.

Steve Cochran, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge approved the plea by Kim Kardashian regarding ending the marriage via divarication procedure that allows for a change in the present marital status while other problems have been resolved.

In the divorce case, Kim was declared officially single by the court as she wins the bid amid all controversies and protests by West Kanye.

However, West was not ready for his separation from Kim since the beginning and openly protested for the same. The rapper has even requested Kim to continue with their marriage and also posted pictures of the family praying to be together.

He has criticized Kim's parenting and her relationship with Pete Davidson, the actor of 'Saturday Night Live.' West also slammed the connection of Kim with Pete in recent posts on Instagram.

Following the public hearing on Wednesday 2nd March, a written judgment was issued where the judge wrote that the court grants termination of the marital status and declares Kim as single.

On the request for comment in the courtroom, the lawyer of West did not respond and Kim who attended the hearing through a video call urged for declaration needed for the legal move.

Kim and West got married in the year 2014 and became the parents of 4 children namely Chicago, Saint, Psalm and North. The couple has been dubbed as 'Kimye' by the fans for their adorable public posts on social media platforms.

Kim and West were the most talked-about couple among the Hollywood celebrity couple but in 2020 their relationship started getting tense after West carried out a failed campaign for US President under his self-styled birthday party recognized by unpredictable fight.

It may be mentioned that this is not the first divorce of Kim Kardashian as she had earlier married twice and got separated with ex-husbands Kris Humphries (basketball player) and Damon Thomas (Music Producer).
