Taapsee’s hair-raising experiments continue

Actress Taapsee Pannu is utilising the lockdown time to experiment with her looks.

Taapsee took to Instagram, where she uploaded a photograph of herself with her new hairstyle. She chose to cut her tresses and is now sporting a chic bob.

The Naam Shabana actress captioned it: “Andddd the experiment continues...Since my hair couldn’t handle that colour for long got it all chopped off. Heard ppl really get attached to their hair length but then I feel yeh ‘ghar ki kheti’ hai and I have full faith in my Punjabi genes So chop chop Throwback Archive QuarantinePost.”

Taapsee’s Saand Ki Aankh co-star Bhumi Pednekar couldn’t believe the picture, which currently has 818K likes. She took to the comment section and wrote: “One second is this a throw back or have you chopped off your hair.”

Mulk director Anubhav Sinha wrote in Hindi: “What have you done?”

Actor Saqib Saleem said: “Please !! all I want to do is eat my egg white omelette.” (IANS)

80-yr-old mom works out with his wife Ankita

Milind Soman’s 80-year-old mother Usha Soman has raised the bar for fitness enthusiasts after a video of her working out with the supermodel-actor and sports enthusiast’s wife Ankita Konwar went viral.

Ankita, 28, took to Instagram and shared a clip of herself exercising with the octogenarian.

In the video, Ankita can be seen doing one-legged jumps with her mother-in-law, who was working-out in a saree.

Ankita captioned the video: “In all of living, have much fun and laughter. Life is to be enjoyed, not just endured – gordonbhinckley If I live to be 80 someday, my only wish is to approach it as fit as you are. May you inspire many more.”

Problems that drive Twinkle Khanna to ‘breaking point’!

A mid the 21-day lockdown, author-entrepreneur Twinkle Khanna’s quota of ‘problems’ is a funny one, going by her recent Instagram post.

The actress and Akshay Kumar’s wife shared a video of her struggles to fix a broken spectacle with doctor’s tape and slipper with a hot glue gun!

In the clip, Twinkle is heard saying: “Losing track amid lockdown but we are managing, first by taping these spectacles. But now I am at the breaking point because this wonderful slipper that I was wearing to match this particular shoe is now broken and I am trying to glue it together. Unfortunately it’s not working. God bless you all as well.”

She captioned the video: “I know there are bigger problems, but this has driven me to breaking point rather literally! AboutToShootMyselfWithAGlueGun.”

Just a week ago, Twinkle shared that she had broken her foot and her actor-husband Akshay Kumar took her to the hospital for a check. She then had uploaded a photograph of herself sitting with her injured foot while gazing at the sea from her residence. (IANS)

Deepika turns ‘masterchef’ for hubby Ranveer

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone turned “masterchef” for her husband, actor Ranveer Singh, and treated him to a scrumptious meal.

Ranveer took to Instagram stories, where he shared a string of photographs. In one image Deepika is seen wearing an apron.

He later shared that the Chhappak actress made Thai salad and tom yum soup. In one image, Ranveer wrote: “Pati Parmeshwar ke life apne haathon se khaana banane wali cutie meri Deepu... love you babes.” In the last picture, Ranveer was seen savouring some dessert and captioned it: “Deepu my babes u r my one true love.”

Vicky Kaushal cleans fan, Kriti Sanon pulls his leg

While his rumoured ladylove Katrina Kaif is busy brooming the floor and washing utensils, Bollywood heartthrob Vicky Kaushal is utilising his quarantine time cleaning ceiling fans at home!

The actor seems to be doing the work with full dedication. Also, Vicky being tall, he doesn’t need to climb a chair to reach a fan, he is easily doing it standing on the floor! Sharing a video on Instagram where he can be seen cleaning a ceiling fan standing on the floor, Vicky captioned: “Thought I’d interact with my fans today. quarantinelife”

The ladies in B-Town sure seemed amused and impressed by turns. “Lamba hone ka fayeda! Aur nuksaan!” Kriti Sanon teased.

“So focused,” Jacqueline Fernandez wrote. Pulling Vicky’s leg, Arjun Kapoor commented: “Bohut personal ho tum with fans.”
