Rishi Kapoor had made an announcement on Twitter that he is taking a short absence from work as he will going to be headed to the USA for a medical treatment. His tweet had left everyone wondering as to what is wrong with him and in fact, questions about his come back were already doing the rounds. While in the USA, he couldn’t attend Krishna Raj Kapoor’s prayer meet as he along with Ranbir Kapoor and wife Neetu Kapoor were away from home.

Rishi Kapoor tweeted before leaving for the U.S. Then came the reports that he is suffering by cancer and it had been a shock for all his fans. In one amongst the reports, it had been mentioned that Rishi Kapoor has been asked to undergo treatment for 45 days which has included chemotherapy sessions and that he is going through a trying time.

Soon once the report went viral, Rishi Kapoor ’s brother Randhir Kapoor denied all such reports. He said that his brother is nonetheless to bear tests and that they can share the results of what he has been diagnosed with, with everyone. He value-added that how can people speculate regarding it.

Now director Rahul Rawail has tweeted saying that Rishi Kapoor is under medical observation in the US, and he is under the care of finest doctors.
