Satish Kaushik Death Case: Saanvi Malu Asserts ‘Potent Evidence’ Against Her Husband
MUMBAI: Just last week, Satish Kaushik passed away in Delhi from a heart attack. The wife of businessman Vikas Malu asserted that it was a planned murder by her husband and not a death from natural causes.
The Delhi police have been looking into these claims, but nothing conclusive has been found so far. Saanvi's attorney has now asserted in a new statement that she has proof her husband murdered the actor.
When Satish Kaushik, who was 66 at the time of his passing, experienced some chest discomfort, he asked his manager to accompany him to the hospital. He passed away in his automobile and was taken to a hospital in Gurugram, where a postmortem investigation determined that he had suffered a heart attack before passing away.
Responding to media about Saanvi's assertions and also the reports of her not cooperating with Delhi police, her lawyer, Rajendra Chhabra, stated, "Yesterday afternoon, a team of Delhi Police comprising of an ACP and two senior inspectors sat down with Saanvi Malu for questioning. Smoke never occurs in the absence of fire.” Saanvi, he continued, had only opposed the investigating officer because he was a corrupt cop and was now working with the police.
With the IO altered, Saanvi has reportedly been fully cooperating with the investigation into Satish Kaushik's death, according to Chhabra.
First of all, they hired a corrupt cop, Vijay Singh, to carry out an investigation, which was done yesterday with the family of Saanvi Malu, he claimed. The inspector in question is the one who has previously messed up and ruined investigations. Thus, he was immediately transformed.
Saanvi currently has some strong evidence in her possession, which she is willing to share with the investigation team. The death of Kaushik may not have been suspiciously caused, according to his family, and he had no business dealings with Vikas.
The attorney asserted, however, that Saanvi even had the proof to show that they were business partners. They said that Vikas Malu and Satish Kaushik don't have any business ties.
Yet Saanvi is in possession of all the proof that demonstrates their existence as business associates. She made the point that she was Satish Kaushik's first-degree witness to the conversation between her husband and Satish.
Before signing off, he insisted that the Delhi Police undertake a fair probe into the situation. Satish Kaushik, a recognised figure in the Indian cinema business, was loved for his propensity for comedy and direction. He passed away in the early hours of March 9th.
