New Delhi: In another big achievement by the team of RRR, the movie has crossed the lifetime collection made by Aamir Khan's movie PK directed by Rajkumar Hirani.

The action-packed drama with the fictional tale of two freedom fighters played by Jr NTR and Ram Charan has now become the fifth highest-grossing Indian movie.

RRR directed by SS Rajamouli has made a huge box office collection of Rs 900 crore at the international level within ten days of its release.

With this, the team has reached another milestone and has broken many previous records at the box office but still, it seems like more records will be broken in the upcoming days.

As per the trade reports, the film is meant to reach the 1000 crore mark in the global box office collection within the current weekend.

Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to Twitter to share about RRR's new success of becoming the 5th highest-grossing film in India by surpassing the lifetime business made by the 2014 film PK starring Aamir Khan.

RRR is a story of two freedom fighters fighting against the British rule for their people, the tribal communities. It depicts the life instances of those two brave fighters the truth about whom are lesser-known to the world.

Jr NTR appears as Komaram Bheem and Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Sitarama Raju and the duo in the film is portrayed as best friends without knowing the truth about each other.

RRR beats the collection of PK which portrays the story of an alien who landed on earth and then being unknown to the place started raising thought-provoking questions and exposes fake religious leaders.

It may be mentioned that RRR is made with a huge budget of Rupees 450 crore while PK was made with a budget of Rs 85 crore.
