MUMBAI: The Tamil superhit film titled 'Jai Bhim' has successfully made its place on the Oscars YouTube channel. The movie is directed by TJ Gnanavel staring south star Surya and was released this year.

For its powerful scenes, the film has earlier made its official entry in the Golden Globes 2022 Awards in the category of 'Best Non-English Language Film'.

Jai Bhim is the first Tamil movie to achieve such honour of getting featured on the big platform of Oscar's official YouTube Channel.

The film had made a huge success for being based on a true incident of caste division that occurred in the year 1993. It has made such a victory for the tribal injustice that has been portrayed in a sensitive way attracting the attention of audiences.

The Surya Production took to Twitter to announce that the scene from the film and its narrative has made it to the Oscars official YouTube Channel.

The description of the film provided in the Oscars YouTube Channel is that Jain Bhim weaves in the true incident helmed by named Activist-Lawyer Chandru who brought justice to the indigenous tribe in Tamil Nadu through his continuous efforts. The description also reads that "writer-director TJ Gnanavel reveals how the story narrative was formed and executed."

The description of the film on the official page of the Golden Globes Awards is given as the film at present is the highest user rating on IMDb with ratings of 9.6 out of 10. The rating of Jai Bhim is greater than the 1992 crime drama 'The Godfather' and 1994 crime drama 'Shawshank Redemption.'

Surya's movie also faced a lot of controversies but putting an end into all the controversies it has now become one of the most successful movies.

The intense court drama along with the uncommon content and the natural depiction of all the instances in the story made it more engaging to watch.

The film cast members includes Manikandan, Lijomol Jose, Rao Ramesh, Rajisha Vijayan, Prakash Raj among others.
