Yash Starrer KGF: Chapter 2 Release Date Announced, Trailer To Be Out On 27 March

On Thursday 3rd March the makers of the much-awaited film 'KGF: Chapter 2' has shared a major update on the film by announcing its release date and trailer unveiling date.

KGF: Chapter 2 is scheduled to be released on big screens on 14 April 2022 and the trailer of the film will be available on 27 March 2022.

The creators informed that the film's trailer will be out at 06:40 pm on 27 March. The film will be released in different languages including Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada.

The film's producer took to the social media account of Instagram to make the important announcement and along with the post shared a new poster starring Yash in an intense look.

After much anticipation, the makers are finally here with the confirmed release date of the movie for which fans have been waiting for the past two years.

The action thriller film had earlier faced two postponements as it was scheduled to release on 23 October 2022 for the first time then the release date was delayed due to covid pandemic.

On 16 July last year, KGF-Chapter 2 was expected to get released as the date was announced for premiering however it was one more postponed for the same reason.

The mob thriller Kannadian film is directed and written by Prashant Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under production house Hombale Films.

The film casts Kannadian star Yash in the lead role and other cast members include Prakash Raj, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, Malavika Avinash and Srinidhi Shetty in important roles.

Sanjay Dutt in the film will be appearing as the antagonist named Adheera and Raveena Tondon will also be playing the character of Ramika Sen.

KGF-Chapter 2 is a sequel to the KGF: Chapter 1 released in 2018 that turned out to be a big hit. This second instalment of the 2 part series is made on a whopping budget of Rupees 100 crores.
