Deepika’s New Look Evens Frida

Well, we have seen Deepika Padukone gathering all the wows for her wedding attire. “Sada Soubhagyavati Bhavah” chunri that she donned on her wedding day was so adorable. Her Sindhi- Konkani wedding ceremony pictures were absolutely beautiful. We were not over with it that we now get to see her new avatars every day. This newly wedded couple embraced a quirky look at the wedding party that was thrown by Ranveer Singh’s sister Ritika Bhavnani. She wore “Dil Guldasta.” For the kind of flower she is, and considering the couple’s love blossoming to red, pink, yellow and different kind of flower-y emotions, we think this name is apt.

However, Sabyasachi named her lehenga with this name, which was from the collection of designer Kesri Bai Pannalal. It is colorful, beautiful, and elegant in its own way, and yes, it has a vintage look as well. It was inspired by the vintage elements. The embroidery work was done on Bordeaux silk, which also had velvet (hand-dyed) appliques combined with silver and gold threads, rhinestones, silk floss, and rose crystals.

Deepika’s hairdo styled by Georgios Gabriel reminds of Frida Kahlo, a Mexican artist who was known for her creativity. Both have a floral tiara. We feel Deepika evens with Frida in this or goes better, whatever, it is, the look looks absolutely stunning. We wish the couple all the good luck to blossom and stay beautiful like this.
