Glam Up in Ethnic

Glam Up in Ethnic

We've a lot of reasons for getting dolled up in Indian ethnic wear as the wedding season has kick-started, and anyway, the festive season is on too. Why not take some cues from the celebs, as to how to do it different and perfectly.

To start with Jennifer Winget, who has always kept a fashionable foot forward with utter confidence and perfection. Here, she is dressed up for Navratri and she donned a rich Banarasi look with turquoise blue lehenga choli with silver and golden work done on it that she paired with gajra and temple design golden jhumkis, choker and bangles. Her make up was simple with winged eyeliners, red lip colour and a red bindi.

Next is Anita Hassanandini, who wore a beautiful orange dress with phulkari and mix embroidery from the house of Sonam Luthria. She wore it on Karvachauth. She paired it with Chandbali earrings, and mandala-designed (seemingly) finger ring from Hema Khasturi slabel. She was styled by Shreya Juneja. For a Dandiya event in Surat, she wore a white drape dress with white embroidered jacket.

Chitrangada Singh was seen donning a salmon coloured saree from Mishru creation, which she paired with an off-shoulder blouse and plum coloured earrings.

Divyanka Tripathi was seen in a sartorial avatar while wearing a floor length Anarkali kurta with a long jacket.

It was all white with embroidery of mild shades of golden, pink, blue and others all over it, paired with a peache light coloured dupatta.

We also like Nia Sharma's grey outfit with golden embroidery all over it in a circular flower pattern. This outfit from Kalki fashion looked elegant and stylish at the same time.

Hina Khan's sheer light silver blue collared and full-sleeve crop top cum skirt takes ethnic fashion to another level. She paired it with a pair of blue jhumkis.
