11 Coal-laden Trucks Detained by CID in Guwahati for Verification

Guwahati: At least 11 trucks carrying coal without any document have been detained by CID for necessary verification on Sunday midnight.

The operation was based on a tip-off.

Out of 11 trucks, 3 trucks have been kept under safe custody of Basistha Police Station and the remaining 8 trucks were brought to CID campus.

It may be mentioned that the search is conducted in connection with CID PS Case No. 06/2018.
