2 pickpockets arrested at Jalukbari, Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Two pickpockets – Bijay Kalita (28) and Manish Kumar (19) – were caught by the public at Jalukbari and handed them over to the police on Saturday. According to the police, the two were caught by the public when they were fleeing by snatching the wallet of a person.
