2 Surrender Before Police in Coal Syndicate Connection

GUWAHATI: A truck driver, one Tapan Bora who was chained and ruthlessly beaten up in the coal syndicate connection on February 20, was still awaiting justice. Suspected coal owners Ramesh Rai and Ashok Nath, who were on the run ever since the incident, surrendered before Basistha police on Wednesday.
