2 teer gamblers nabbed in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A team of the East Guwahati Police District (EGPD) from the Basistha Police Station on Friday arrested Sridhar Kunar (53) and Madan Kalita (45), both from Lalmati, for operating an illegal teer-gambling racket. According to police sources, a total of Rs 14,515, two mobile phones and teer tickets were recovered from their possession.
