4 more Japanese Encephalitis cases registered in Assam

GUWAHATI: Four more cases of Japanese Encephalitis (JE) were registered in the State on Sunday, although no fresh death was reported. According to the National Health Mission (NHM), Assam the new JE cases included three in Golaghat and one in Dibrugarh.

The overall number of JE cases since July 1 is now 86, with the death toll remaining at 8 today.
