41 vehicles seized for collecting excess fare in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Kamrup (metro) district administration conducted a drive against public passenger vehicles on Tuesday in Guwahati for allegedly collecting excess fare from passengers. The drive was conducted in various places of the city like Lokhra Road and Lal Ganesh. During the drive, 41 vehicles were seized and 67 cases were registered.
