55 vials of heroin seized; one apprehended in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A team of the Central Police District under the Police Commissionerate Guwahati, conducted a raid in the Paltan Bazar Railway Station area. The team apprehended Suman Barman (21), resident of Maligaon, hailing from Baksa district. They seized 55 vials of heroin weighing 8 grams. The Paltan Bazar police station has initiated the necessary legal action.
