710 litres of blue kerosene seized in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: The Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs under the supervision of the Kamrup metro district administration seized 710 litres of blue illegally stored for selling from various places of Guwahati during the period from October 23 to 26.

During the drive, the team of officials, along with kerosene oil, also seized 13 cooking cylinders meant for domestic use from two commercial shops. Particularly, the seizures were made in Bhangagarh, Six Mile, Fatasil, Kumarpara, Dhirenpara, Garhchuk, Boragaon, Bamunimaidam, Narengi, Satgaon, and Bhotnath.
