AAUA demand for probe into Irrigation paper leakage

GUWAHATI: All Assam Unemployed Association (AAUA) General Secretary Jibon Rajkhowa on Tuesday demanded a high-level inquiry into the recent paper leak case of the Assam Irrigation Department recruitment exam. While addressing a press meet, Rajkhowa alleged that the government has ‘failed’ to provide employment in the state. Slamming the government, he alleged that in the last three and half years only 12,000 people have been provided employment and amidst the anti-CAA protests, the government said that 55,000 people will be given employment.
