Abducted minor girls brought back to Assam

GUWAHATI: Three minor girls from Karbi Anglong, who were rescued by the Ahmedabad police, have been brought back to the State by the Baithalangso police on Sunday. According to police sources here, relatives of the three minor girls had filed an FIR regarding their abduction at the Baithalangso Police Station on September 11 last. The three girls had disappeared from the Torabari area. The FIR named two minor boys as kidnappers of the girls. The sources said that the Ahmedabad police also rescued another minor girl and a boy.
